Electrical Engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and applications of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. The generation and applications of Electricity can understand by State of the Art Machine and Drives Lab containing the wide range of 0.5-3.5 HP D.C. Machines, 3HP Induction Motors, 3.5 KVA Alternators, 2-3 KVA Single and Three Phase Transformers. Fault Testing Lab and Transformer’s Oil Testing Apparatus are used to analyze the practical conditions. For the overall development, the department has the Industrial Tie-up with a different organization to provide regular visits to Grid Sub Station, Power Plants, and Core Electrical Industries.
